The original ceiling design featured a drop soffit around the perimeter, an S-shaped connecting wall up to the ceiling. The S-shaped wall is linen-covered plaster with a multi piece crown molding circling the room at the edge of the soffit. Much detailed hand finishing was required to return to mirror finish.
